Contest Brief

I'm seeking a seasoned freelancer to create a photo-realistic architectural rendering see sample provided. The purpose of this project will be to visualize design ideas. i have included the pdf drawings, image samples, and rendering samples

House will have the following...
Brick - White
Stone - dark gray
siding - black
Trim and windows - black
garage doors - black
gable features and porch post - red cedar

landscaping items are provided in the pictures uploaded you can use your own pictures but they need to be the same type of tree or bush

to be clear the 9505-SUNDANCE-Model.pdf is the house you will be rendering

the AutoCAD file can be provided upon request

Ideal skills and experience:
• Proven record in architectural design
• Expertise in photo-realistic rendering technique
• Proficiency in industry-leading rendering software
• Ability to interpret design concepts visually
