We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to lead the establishment of a fully operational branch of our Company in the Guangdong province, China. This role involves strategic planning, detailed analysis, and hands-on management of the branch setup process including location selection, business registration, office procurement, and human resources planning. The successful candidate will navigate the dynamic economic environment and governmental policies of the Greater Bay Area to ensure successful project execution.
- Tasks: The main task at hand is company formation. This includes researching and guiding me through the different types of company formation, weighing pros and cons of each and ultimately deciding which one best suits the business goals.
- Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Consulting, particularly in establishing operations in China markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business regulations, real estate, and labor market.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in decision-making based on data.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in guiding new businesses through the formation process
