Customizable Reminders & Sorting App/Website

Seeking an expert in developing small basic Android apps or database-enabled websites. The primary function of this project is to manage and categorize approximately 1,000 records, with the ability to sort them by date or reminder type. The platform should also allow for these records to be printed daily. Key Features: - Reminder system: This should be able to send email notifications as reminders. - Privacy: Secure login page that is protected by a username and password setup. Ideal candidate should have a strong background in app or web development, with a demonstrated experience in handling databases, creating secure login environments, and email notification systems. Good understanding of efficient record sorting algorithm is a plus. The ability to create an interface that is simple and for one user only, myself. It does not have to be user friendly. This is a very straightforward project in that the system would have only 10 to 11 preset, hard coded notifications ( the ability to add or change the notifications would be good but not required in this 1st version). The key to this is, each new account that is created, will move through 91 days of time. On set numbers of days (20, 30, 60, 90, 91) a hard coded reminder notification occurs. This can be on screen, or also emailed or texted.. eventually id want to check a box or select from a drop menu an yes/no indicator that that notification step was completed. In the attachments is the fields and titles of the notifications.. also I have a complete python script of the logic and steps. The small picture attachments are what's needed to be duplicated and enhanced with this project.. I also have a very detailed breakdown of each reminders title, when it should display in the 91 day cycle. Quotes need to be accurate and I need this in 5 days. This would principally setting up a rudimentary password protected web page and a database connection that will have less than 25 fields. Limited calculations and a basic display. Later I will have further enhancements.
