Enhancing Scanner Module in iOS and Android App

I'm in need of a skilled app developer who can help me fix three main problems in an existing mobile application on both iOS and Android platforms. - Scanner Quality Issue: Currently, the scanner is producing very poor quality when the black and white filter is applied. Almost the entire page blacks out, which is unacceptable. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and address this problem effectively. - Filter Application Speed: The current application is not only producing low-quality scans, but it's also taking a considerable amount of time to apply the filter.
