Hi, I can develop this project, we can have two options, as you recommended using opencv, but opencv does well on tasks like image processing. For eye tracking, I would recommend using mediapipe library, It easily and efficiently extracts face key points, we can do eye tracking (pupil tracking) easily, plus we will be able to track any face feature with it.
