We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to design a multi-output power supply for a portable AC servo drive. The ideal candidate will have expertise in power electronics and PCB design, with a proven track record of creating efficient and compact power solutions. Input Specification: 220Vac. Output Specifications: Two sections are required: Power Ground Circuit: +15V, +5V. Lower Ground (controller) Circuit: +12V, +5V, +3.3V, -12V. Ensure that both grounds are isolated from each other. The design must be lightweight and compact, suitable for a portable device. We need the design to be highly reliable and efficient, with considerations for safety and durability. Job Responsibilities: 1) Design: Develop a schematic and board layout for a multi-output power supply that meets the specified requirements. 2) Prototyping: Assemble and test the prototype on a PCB to ensure it meets performance standards. 3) Delivery: Deliver the fully tested PCB to us, including all design files (schematics, board layout, BOM, etc.). Candidate Qualifications: 1) Strong experience in electrical engineering, specifically in power supply design. 2) Proficiency in PCB design software and hardware testing. 3) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4) Ability to work independently and deliver on time. Already done this type of work for EV charger, may be best suited for this project. i can design the schematic on ORCAD, I have tested that circuit, SMPS starts working on 40VAC and can go upto 300VAC Input Specification: 220Vac.
