I'm looking for an experienced electronics engineer or related professional who can design and assemble a custom made, electrically driven actuator with a control circuit. The specifics of the project include: - The actuator should be capable of providing linear motion. So, an understanding of linear motion systems and mechanisms is crucial. - The actuator must be able to handle a maximum load of 10-50 kg. - The driving mechanism for the actuator should be electrical. Therefore, the freelancer should possess strong knowledge in this field; experience in dealing with similar electric actuator systems would be a significant plus. - The design of a control circuit for managing the actuator's functions is also an integral part of this project. Exceptional skills in circuit theory and design are required. If you fit the profile and have previously worked on similar projects, we would love to hear from you. Please include examples of your relevant work in your proposal. In general, and to expand a bit more, I'm envisioning a sophisticated machine equipped with multiple actuators, which are devices responsible for moving or controlling a mechanism or system. These actuators are integrated into the machine to enable movement in various directions: 1. **Multi-directional Movement**: The machine's actuators are designed to extend in different directions, including front, back, sideways, and within a circular path. This versatility allows for dynamic positioning and manipulation of objects or components within the machine's workspace. 2. **Simultaneous Operation**: When the machine is in operation, the actuators must move in sync, with both vertical and horizontal movements occurring simultaneously. This synchronized motion ensures efficient and coordinated operation of the machine's components. 3. **Independent Control**: Each actuator is capable of independent control, meaning they can operate autonomously or in conjunction with other actuators as needed. This allows for precise control over the positioning and orientation of objects within the machine's workspace. 4. **Directional Flexibility**: The actuators are equipped to move in multiple directions within a circular disk, offering flexibility in maneuvering objects along curved or circular paths. This capability enables complex motion patterns and trajectories to be executed with precision. 5. **Coordinated Stopping**: To prevent collisions or interference between moving components, the control system is programmed to stop specific actuators when others are in motion. For example, when actuators are moving southward, those moving northward will halt to avoid conflicts in motion. 6. **Adjustable Speed**: The control panel allows for the adjustment of each actuator's speed independently. This feature enables fine-tuning of motion dynamics and facilitates smooth, controlled movements tailored to specific tasks or requirements. Overall, the machine's design and control system are optimized for versatility, precision, and efficiency, allowing for seamless operation and manipulation of objects within its workspace.
