Responsibilities: - Developing and managing AdWords campaigns effectively and efficiently within predetermined budgets - Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI. - Regularly monitor and adjust advertising campaigns based on performance metrics. - Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including data analytics, product, design, and development, to align Google Ads with overall marketing goals. - Implement advanced targeting and remarketing strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates across platforms. - Conduct A / B testing and implement optimization techniques to improve click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. - Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Stay informed about changes to Google Ads policies and ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines in the online gaming sector. - Regularly perform thorough keyword & competitor research Provide recommendations for improvements and work with clients and the Digital team to implement. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 Years of Google Ads Account Management Experience • - Applicant is expected to build, manage, & optimize Google Ads accounts, ensuring that all deliverables are presented on time and of high quality - Google Ads certification - Must enjoy working with numbers & excel at arithmetic - Financial acumen required for budget management / ROI analysis - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to write powerful ad copy - A passion for analyzing metrics and drawing conclusions from data to optimize accounts and drive results
